There is one thing I love about my job – and thats being surrounded by love and joy and happiness every weekend. Sometimes I get to do it during the week too and this intimate gathering of family in Busselton was just perfect. Mandy and Nick are from England but wanted to get married on a Beach in Australia! Mandy’s daughters both live now in Perth so did all of t’he organising for them.
One of the best things about Engagement Sessions is they can truly show a couples personality. Not everyone is into hearts and flowers and lovey dovey PDA’s (Public Displays of Affection – or smoochfests) Some of our awesome clients are more into Skating! (or BMX’s and Purple Mowhawlks!)
Engagement Sessions are also a great way to feel comfortable in front of the camera. Because ive lost count of the number of people who say “I hate having my photo taken – really hate it” but after the E Session go….”That was awesome! cant wait for the Wedding now!!

So now…the gorgeous, emotion packed, intimate wedding of Amy and Jake, held on Jake’s family property in Stratham, a wonderful lunchtime backyard reception among the tree’s and bushland. Shared with their precious Puppies – who were very important parts of the ceremony – and their closest family and friends.
Its weddings like this that make me go – yeah that’s why we do this

You have seen our gorgeous Fabulous Fusion Love Story – now just a little but more about how it came about!
Amy and Jake met in Highschool – a true Highschool Sweetheart Story. Amy said in her wedding vows “Jake you were the first boy I ever kissed and I want you to be the last” awwwwwwwww!! We found their story so adorable we had to have them as our Fabulous Fusion Love Story Ambassadors!
We shot their Engagement and Wedding before their Fabulous Fusion Love Story (that’s why if you look closely Jake has his wedding ring on lol) and it was their gorgeous interaction during their engagement session and their vows to each other during their intimate wedding ceremony that made me go – perfect, just perfect.
Weddings are so often about The Dress or The Car’s or The Decorations, when really its about The LOVE, The CONNECTION and THE MAGIC. Weddings are just the beginning of your married life together. Capturing that magic for future generations is what its all about and what we do best.

All of our Wedding Photography Packages include Reception Coverage up to the Bridal Party Entrance. We cover the important bits like the Room Details, a Mock Cake Cut and the super dooper Grand Entrance of the newly married couple.
But what about the rest of it? First Dance? Speeches? All that yummy food? Obviously not everyone wants that covered, I mean a room full of people eating isnt THAT pretty, and sometimes dances and speeches are better covered by your Videographer….BUT…..
A beautiful image of your first dance, the fun of the Bouquet Toss, that single tear as your Dad tells you “I Love You my Baby Daughter”, or the laughter that is bound to escape as The Best Man tells THAT story about THAT fishing trip….. Its pretty awesome.
We do have an hourly rate for Reception coverage, but now we are bringing out something super special!!!
4 hours of coverage, up until your first dance (usually 10.30ish). It gets all the super important bits that you never want to forget.
A super fun way to get all those group shots of your guests – doing what they do best – HAVING A BLAST!
We set up a mini studio fitted out with backdrops and props to suit your theme and colours, anything from super classy to super silly, and encourage everyone to get up and have some fun! Its a thousand times better than those ‘traditional’ table shots, and because there is a REAL person manning the camera, you will always get the best image of your guests – not an out of focus blurred badly composed shot from a machine.
Our Reception Bundle, comprising of coverage up to 10.30pm PLUS the amazing Photospot is $1500.
